Going the Extra Mile is an achievement given to a Peabody Team Member for exceptional contributions to the company’s success having gone above and beyond to help fellow Team Members meet and exceed work expectations. All Peabody Team Members have an opportunity to nominate another Team Member for the award. It is a monthly award.

Patty started with Peabody Engineering back in Feb 2018, since then she has brought the Accounting Department up to speed. Has given Mark monthly reports at the beginning of the month, upgraded our Accounting Systems, made many changes to each person job description so things run smoother. She has learned and managed our products and now she is working on updating our system w/ProShop – which is not an easy task.

Patty has gone the extra mile helping me by bringing me up to speed in the new role that I have. She has been teaching all new steps that have been useful when it comes to ordering items for this company. Also, she has put in a lot of work in trying to get ProShop up and running.
