G.E.M. Going the Extra Mile is an achievement given to a Peabody Team Member for exceptional contributions to the company’s success having gone above and beyond to help fellow Team Members meet and exceed work expectations. All Peabody Team Members have an opportunity to nominate another Team Member for the award. It is a monthly award.

It is no surprise that Jesse has been selected again to win for the G.E.M. award, he quickly picks up what needs to be done, he adheres to the guidelines of production, no matter which department he is working in and he strives to produce 100% quality Peabody Products. He is a quick learning, conscientious team member, and eager to share his knowledge with new people who come to work in whatever department he is working. With a pleasant disposition and an eagerness to help wherever he is needed, Jesse is indeed a blessing to all those he works with and to Peabody Engineering!

Jesse in the last two months has worked in Fiberglass, Eng Tanks and now is in Tank Prep. He goes and helps all departments when needed without any hesitation.

Jessie has been working in the department that prepares the Tanks before they leave Peabody Engineering and he is on top on QC 100%. He asks questions even if he already knows the answers. He’s on top of our customers wants and needs for their branded tanks and assorted items that go with those tanks.
